  1. What will we do during “The Practice: Light Movement”? What do we wear"? Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. We will engage our bodies in a 20-minute version of The Practice to clear our space and set an intention for the afternoon.

  2. What is the “Mindful Eating Talk”? Nathalie will guide us through a talk on Mindful Eating as a meditative state. It is a mini-lecture or session that goes in depth with what mindful eating really means and how we can better connect with the food we are eating and the moment of enjoyment in savoring what we are eating. This is an open dialogue where we can share ideas and questions.

  3. What is “Kitchen Practice”? Camilla will guide you through a fun and informal hands-on cooking lesson, discussing cooking techniques and flavor + texture building for a veggie-forward menu. She will take you through flavor compositions, building blocks to healthy meals and her ethos for creating nourishing delicious food. Guests will be asked to practice knife skills, prep food and be part of the hands-on experience of creation.

Nathalie will jointly be discussing the ins and outs of plant-based nutrition while we create; covering ranges of topics including anti-inflammation, phytonutrients, blood-sugar stabilizers, antioxidants, and so much more. She debunks the myths and preconceptions we may have about nutrition and makes it fun! Nathalie and Camilla’s unique perspectives offer a well-rounded education in nutrient-dense foods, why we want to eat this nourishing food and how we can prepare it to best take advantage of its flavors.

  4. Will we get to eat? YES! We will set a beautiful table and enjoy the gifts of our creation. There is no better way to enjoy a meal than to sit down and commune together over gorgeous vibrant sexy foods. We can’t wait to meet you!

  5. What is the menu? What if I have allergies? We will set up the menu closer to the event date to take advantage of all seasonal produce. Everything we cook will be organic. We will work to accommodate all allergies and our well rounded menu offers something for everyone.

  6. I never remember recipes, will I still enjoy the afternoon? Yes! You will receive a full collection of all the recipes and notes on their nutritious elements to take home.

  7. How do we get there? You can take Bus 300 from Korsvägen to Källarbacken, our driver will escort you from Källarbacken to the private home for your workshop and return you to the bus at 16:45. You can also choose to drive and we will provide the address upon registration.

  8. How do we pay? Full payment is required upon registration, via SWISH or Invoice/Faktura. We will offer a full refund up to 5-days prior to the event. Any late cancellations after the 5-day policy cannot be refunded but we can offer you a spot in future workshops, if available.
